The application folder to upload to red5/webapps as 3 files inside at least:

folder WEB-INF
1 file- red5-web.properties
2 file – red5-web.xml
3 file- web.xml

on the red5-web.properties and on web.xml files there must be the name of the application
the name of the application is the folder on top of WEB-INF

then it looks like this /server-path/red5/webapps/application/WEB-INF
